By creating a Memory Weaver account or using the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the security of your login and for the content you upload. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in, Memory Weaver may send you recurring transactional SMS messages related to user-requested journaling reminders and memory prompt notifications, account verification, login authentication, and account security notifications. We do not send marketing SMS.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Consent to SMS is not a condition of using Memory Weaver. Full SMS program terms are on the SMS Terms page.

Do not use Memory Weaver to store or transmit unlawful content, to harass others, or to attempt to breach the security of the service or other accounts.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be surfaced in the product before they take effect for your account.
